What type of product are you offering?

We are offering a range of flooring, mosaic tiles and accessory products. Product is typically discontinued; end of line product that manufacturers are looking to clear-out. In some cases we also offer Open Box product which is product that has been previously returned and is being re-boxed and offered to the public. All product is sold as is and warranty programs do not apply.

Can product be returned?

No, all product is priced for final sale and no returns will be accepted.

What does Open Box product mean

Open box product have been opened and touched and/or returned. Repackaging is done by the manufacturer. All stated product, accessories and installation guides are in the boxes but it cannot be guaranteed to be in original condition and it could have slight imperfections.

What type of warranty do you provide on clear-out product?

Product is sold as is and no warranty is offered.

We accept cash, debit, Visa and Mastercard.

Why can I not purchase product online?

Due to the weight of the flooring products shipping costs are extremely high. To provide consumers with the best price we only sell product directly from our warehouse. Product is cash and carry.

Can you confirm if you have the quantity of product in stock that I need for my home improvement project?

We do our best to keep our product listings up to date on our website and list products online that we have a minimum of 100 boxes in-stock. Due to product sales and our while quantities last approach we cannot guarantee the in-stock availability of product listed on-line. Inventory changes on a daily basis and is available until it is sold out.

How much product do I need?

When calculating your room size and product requirements it is important to add in an additional 5% to the square footage measurement to allow for waste.
